How can I view other members?
A
Click the View menu on the top left of your homepage, then click New, Active or All. From the members screen, you can click on any profile picture to be taken to the member’s profile page. From the profile page, you can read the members profile story, interests, view public posts or view photos. You can Friend, Un-Friend or Block the member by clicking the associated button on the profile page.

How can I upload pictures?

Click the Edit menu on the top left of your homepage, then click My Pictures. The subsequent page provides instructions for adding, editing or deleting pictures.

Why does my profile picture look squished and out of proportion?
A
If your profile pic isn't a perfect a 1:1 square, you need to type "format square" in the body of your email when you email your pic. Click Edit -> My Pictures for details.

How can I link to a user in a message?
A
FSM uses Twitter-like @ and # tags. Example: "I like
@Craig1960's buy recommendation on AAPL, have you seen his research?"
By using the @ sign you can also send messages to multiple users: "Hi @TheDonald, I'd like you to meet @Craig1960."

How can I create and view topics?

Use the # sign. Example: "I just bought a ton of
#AAPL stock."
To view trending topics, click the View menu on the top left of your homepage then click Trending Topics.

How are profiles ranked?
A
Profiles are ranked higher if the member has logged in recently, has added a real profile photo or profile summary. Profiles are also ranked based on the number and value of gifts sent or received. Profiles are ranked lower if the member has been blocked by other members or has not logged in recently.

How do I send a message?

Click the View menu on the top left of your homepage, then click Messages. Type a message in the text area, then select a friend from the drop down list or select Public to post a public message. Finally, click the Post button.

I deleted a message that I didn't mean to post. Will anyone see it?
A
Your message will be deleted and from that point on, members who sign into the site will not see the message. However, since messaging is sent in real time, any members who were signed-in at the time your message was posted may actually see the message before it has been deleted.

Someone on the site is asking for money, should I send money to him/her?
A
Never send money to members.

How can I embed images and YouTube videos?
A
On the Messaging page, click the Globe button that is below the messaging text area on the bottom left and then paste your image or YouTube video URL.

A
